Have a refreshing drink like fruit juice. Lower and fully turn off the lights. Place a light and incense in your meditation altar. PS: You can use a picture of Osho on your Phone with lockscreen mode off if you don't have an altar yet. Turn on the music Go back to your inner space for peace. |
