Continuing the Last Friday's Meditation at 7pm

Enjoy Meditative Silence through Ananda (Ecstacy)

If you would like to continue practising/playing with the meditations we did on Friday, tune in every day at 7pm so you can de-stress into your inner bliss and do it together in the comfort and nurture of your own homes.

​Tips for the house
Have a refreshing drink like fruit juice. 
Lower and fully turn off the lights. 
Place a light and incense in your meditation altar.   
PS: You can use a picture of Osho on your Phone with lockscreen mode off if you don't have an altar yet. 

Turn on the music
Go back to your inner space for peace.
